Transfers move through six stages between two institutions across roughly fifty thousand employers industry-wide. Managers could not see how many transfers each agent was working, how many were done, or which ones were about to miss their deadline.

A dashboard built around the transfer pipeline — new lead, documents, application ready, submitted, assessing, transferred — with targets against actuals, an agent leaderboard, and at-risk flags for anything drifting past deadline.
