A Laravel API and Filament admin behind a Next.js property site: listings with photo uploads, a leads inbox, a viewings calendar, document and contract storage, and a sales and commission report.
The agency was running listings, enquiries, viewing appointments and signed paperwork across spreadsheets, a mailbox and WhatsApp, with no single view of what was in stock or what commission was still outstanding.

Our approach
We built a Laravel API with a Filament admin panel covering the whole deal cycle: listings with photos, features and status; a leads inbox with a status workflow, WhatsApp click-through, notes and a Schedule viewing action; a viewings calendar grouped by day with upcoming and this-week filters, WhatsApp confirmations and .ics downloads; and private document storage per listing or client for mandates, offers to purchase, leases and FICA, with reusable blank templates.
A sales and commission report groups sold and let deals by month with totals for the year, the month and what is still outstanding. The public Next.js site consumes the same API.
