PeoplePulse — Employee Engagement Platform

Engagement surveys usually end as a spreadsheet nobody reads. The platform had to carry the whole loop — collect responses, analyse them against a framework, and produce something a leadership team can actually sit through.

A Next.js front end talking to a Laravel API over Sanctum bearer tokens, with public survey links so respondents never need an account. Responses are scored against the PULSE framework and surfaced through a dashboard, with a PowerPoint export for leadership reporting. The platform is multi-tenant, so each client organisation's data stays scoped to itself.
